It is hard to decipher what Martial Arts or systems are worth their salt these days. With so many people coming out with the system that promises results in a short period of time, so many people don't know where to look. For those of us in the Military and Law Enforcement world, our purpose and expectations can only be met on a daily basis with effectiveness and simplicity.
