This letter is to attest to the high level of achievement gained by the Level 2 Kapap instructors who

recently completed their training in Rochester New York.

As a highly experienced Law Enforcement Instructor Trainer, I observed and intensively trained the above

individuals in Basic Pressure Point Control Techniques (PPCT) as well as Side Handle Baton (PR-24), and

Defensive Tactics.

As a former senior police instructor trainer in New York, I stand behind the quality and credibility of the
